The Load Cell 220 bending ring rang of load cells is available in capacities from 5000 kg to 50000 kg. This high quality stainless steel load cell has a very low deflection and a high resonant frequency allowing high resolution measurements.
\nThe very compact design is hermetically sealed to IP68 by welding. This combined with its approval to OIML R60 6000D means that this load cell can give extremely accurate reproducible results, over a long term even in harsh industrial environments.
\nLarge tanks of up to 400t can be mounted on up to 8 or 10 points.\u00a0 Due to its low height, the addition of 220 based weighing system can be achieved without major reconstruction work.
\nThe typical applications include automotive, track, silo and vessel weighing scales as well\u00a0 force and torque measurements in test and process industries. For multi-cell application such as a weighbridge, the current matched 220 removes the need for corner load adjustment using potentiometers. You can even replace a single load cell without the need for re-calibration<\/p>\n

The 220 load cell can be supplied with an optional ATEX II 1GD EEx ia IIC T6 for use in hazardous areas in Zone 0,1, 2 for gases or 20, 21, 22 for dusts
\nAmong the accessories specially developed for this load cell series include a range of shock mounts and Cell-mates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
