T16 Fluid Damped<\/h2>\n

The T16 single point\u00a0fluid damped<\/strong>\u00a0platform load cell is a\u00a0reliable, simple, high precision<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0low cost<\/strong>\u00a0solution for\u00a0dynamic\u00a0<\/strong>weighing applications, even with\u00a0off-centre loading<\/strong>.\u00a0 The internal fluid\u00a0damps the vibrations\u00a0<\/strong>of the sensing element, offering\u00a0faster settling times<\/strong>,\u00a0faster weighing speeds and increased load cell life<\/strong>\u00a0when compared with an undamped load cell.\u00a0 It is therefore\u00a0ideal for high speed checkweighing, form-fill-seal (FFS) and filling machines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The internal load sensor is surrounded by a\u00a0grade 316 stainless steel housing<\/strong>\u00a0that is protected to\u00a0IP68\u00a0<\/strong>if the venting kit is used \u2013 allowing for\u00a0wash-down<\/strong>\u00a0in harsh environments that require regular cleaning.\u00a0 Its maximum operating temperature is a\u00a0high +70 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0excellent\u00a0durability<\/strong>\u00a0of this load cell comes from its\u00a0integrated on-centre overload protection<\/strong>, with a dual stop providing\u00a0bi-directional<\/strong>\u00a0protection from upwards and downwards overload forces.<\/p>\n
