T38 High Temperature Load Cell<\/h2>\n

The T38 high accuracy double shear beam load cell is ideal for weighing in\u00a0high temperature<\/strong>\u00a0environments within\u00a0Steel Plants<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Foundries<\/strong>, for example ladle turret and ladle ferry scales, scrap buckets, roller tables, tundish cars and silo\/\u00a0hopper weighing systems.<\/p>\n

It features a\u00a0combined error of just \u00b10.05%<\/strong>, a maximum service temperature of\u00a0150\u00b0C<\/strong>, a\u00a0measuring element from nickel plated alloy steel and environmental protection to\u00a0IP67<\/strong>. The connection to the\u00a015-metre long PTFE cable is by a hermetically sealed connector, so that the\u00a0cable can be changed or installed\u00a0separately<\/strong>\u00a0(if desired).<\/p>\n

Installation is simple and fast<\/strong>, by direct bolting to the connecting structure with no moving parts.\u00a0Additionally, there is no need for any tie-bars or holding rods.\u00a0Maintenance requirements<\/strong>\u00a0are kept to a\u00a0minimum<\/strong>\u00a0with this\u00a0optimised<\/strong>\u00a0design.<\/p>\n
