They are very compact and deliver extremely precise and reproducible measurement results even in long-term use in harsh industrial environments. This compressive load cell is particularly suitable for use in container, bunker and vehicle scales. Four square pillars on which strain gauges (DMS) are positively attached serve as the measuring element. Due to this special &#8220;four-column construction&#8221;, the load cells are generally insensitive to eccentric loads. The applied load causes elastic deformation of the columns. The applied strain gauges deliver a measuring voltage proportional to the load. The compression load cell C34N is calibratable up to 3000D according to OIML, R60. It is made of high-quality, stainless steel, laser-welded and meets the requirements of protection class IP65.<\/p>\n<h4>Scope of application<\/h4>\n<p>Silo and tank weighing, container scales, vehicle scales, track scales, as well as force measurements in the process industry. Can also be used as a column force sensor after calibration in Newtons.<\/p>\n<h4>Features<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Material: stainless steel<\/li>\n<li>Nominal load: 10,000 kg &#8211; 200,000
