The Load Cell has a large through hole in the centre.<br \/>\nDue to its highly sensitive diaphragm, the ring Load Cell enables precise force measurement in the force range from 5 kN to 50 kN.<br \/>\nThe force is applied to the ring-shaped compression Force Sensor centrally from above.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Properties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Through holes for force transmission<\/li>\n<li>Ring-shaped design with an inner diameter of 60 mm<\/li>\n<li>Very flat construction<\/li>\n<li>Measuring ranges from 5 kN to 50 kN available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4>Installation and use<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<section>\n<div><strong>Electrical connection<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Force Sensors from X-Sensors are based on a strain gauge full bridge with strain gauges. The output signal for this Sensor is specified in mV\/V. Various input modules of control systems already allow the direct connection of force sensors with strain gauge full bridge.<br \/>\nIn addition, measuring Amplifiers with voltage output (0-10 V) and current output (4-20 mA) are available, which amplify the strain gauge full bridges accordingly. The measuring Amplifiers are available in a robust field housing, for DIN rail mounting or in an inline housing.<br \/>\n<strong>Mechanical connection \/ design<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ring Force Transducers are characterised by a very flat and compact design. This allows the use of the compression force transducers under particularly low space conditions.<br \/>\nFor mounting, the compression Load Cell has holes with which it can be easily attached.<br \/>\nApplication areas for the ring Load Cell are high-precision monitoring of pressing operations in manufacturing processes, pressing and joining force monitoring.
