The Load Cell is suitable for measuring static and dynamic compression and tension forces. The solid steel housing and the tight design according to IP66 guarantee problem-free operation, even under difficult environmental conditions.<br \/>\nAn M16 x 1.5 internal thread leads through the centre axis of the Load Sensor, to which a load application button or an adapter part can be attached, via which the force is applied. The Load Cells can be supplied with a factory calibration certificate on request.<br \/>\nThe Load Cell measures linearly in the force range of 2 \u2013 20 kN based on the proven strain gauge technology and has a diameter of 68 mm.<br \/>\n<strong>Properties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Flat height for space-saving installation<\/li>\n<li>High-precision measurements in various applications<\/li>\n<li>With internal thread M16 x 1.5 for force application<\/li>\n<li>Measuring ranges from 2 kN to 20 kN available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Installation and deployment<\/h2>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<section>\n<div><strong>Electrical connection<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Force Sensors from X-Sensors are based on a strain gauge full bridge with strain gauges. The output signal for this Sensor is specified in mV\/V. Various input modules of controllers already allow the direct connection of force sensors with strain gauge full bridge.<br \/>\nIn addition, measuring Amplifiers with voltage output (0-10 V) and current output (4-20 mA) are available, which amplify the strain gauge full bridges accordingly. The measuring Amplifiers are available in a robust field housing, for DIN rail mounting or in an inline housing.<br \/>\n<strong>Mechanical connection \/ design<\/strong><br \/>\nDue to their compact design, our tension and compression force sensors are suitable for mounting in very limited spaces. The force is applied via the respective internal and external threads, via which the tensile and compressive force is centrally absorbed.<br \/>\nDue to the solid, weatherproof stainless steel housing according to IP 66, the X-134-S is very reliable and robust. This guarantees problem-free operation even in harsh environmental conditions.<br \/>\nThe flat design makes the Tension and Compression Force Sensor particularly versatile. The mounting of the flat pressure cell is uncomplicated by means of the 8 through-holes on a ground and hardened surface.
