Precise compression force measurement with minimal installation space

The KMB32 series is a compact compression load cell for forces in the range from 400 N to 8 kN. The stainless steel measuring body with a full-bridge strain gauge circuit provides precise and repeatable results.

With a diameter of only 32 mm and a height of 10 mm, the force transducers are particularly suitable for applications with very limited installation space. The robust stainless steel design ensures a long service life, while protection class IP64 allows use in industrial environments.

Each KMB32 is supplied with a test report as standard, confirming the accuracy of the measurement results. Typical applications include test benches, assembly systems and measuring setups where relatively small forces must be reliably measured in confined spaces.

Compared to conventional load cells on the market, the KMB32 offers the rare combination of a very compact form factor and, at the same time, high forces up to 8 kN.

For series production, customer-specific adaptations are also possible, e.g. modified mounting dimensions, additional rated loads between 400 N and 8 kN, and pre-assembled cables or connector versions.
