Reliable compression force measurement for 20 kN and 40 kN in a compact geometry

The KMB38 series is a compact compression load cell for forces of 20 kN and 40 kN. The stainless steel measuring body with a full-bridge Wheatstone strain gauge circuit provides precise and repeatable results, even at higher forces.

With a diameter of only 38 mm and a height of 16 mm, the sensor remains comparatively small and is suitable for applications where compact dimensions are crucial despite higher force requirements. Protection class IP64 allows its use in industrial environments.

Each KMB38 is supplied with a test report as standard, documenting the accuracy of the measurement results. Typical applications include test benches, production systems and general force monitoring tasks.

Compared to standard load cells on the market, the KMB38 combines a compact design with high rated loads up to 40 kN.
