MSA is an ultra-compact load cell that provides a measurement range of 5–1,000 lb (2.2–450 kg). It is designed with ultra-compact dimensions — for example, a 9.6 mm diameter — making it easy to integrate into systems and devices with limited space.

MSA is specified with 0.5% nonlinearity and hysteresis and delivers very low strain and fast response. The hemispherical load-contact surface, integrally formed on the load button, minimizes errors caused by off-axis loads. Temperature compensation over the range −10°C to +40°C ensures highly reliable results even under thermal gradients. The sensor’s circuitry is metal-sealed so it can withstand a variety of industrial environments. When high-performance weight or pressure management is required in space-constrained environments, the MSA is an excellent choice.
