Type HLC Load Cells: Robust Weighing up to Accuracy Class C6

HLC load cells are perfectly suited for use with any type of tank, batching or platform scales as well as for level monitoring – and are used by market leaders. Their 6-wire configuration allows for precise measurement results up to accuracy class C6 per OIML R60. The particularly robust HLC load cells are available in standard dimensions and can be easily integrated and quickly adapted to the required maximum capacities ranging from 110 kg to 10 tons. In addition, versions with IP69K degree of protection and explosion proof IECEx-ATEX designs are available. HLC is available as:

  • Version B1 (with counterbore thread and IP68 degree of protection)
  • Version B2 (with counterbore thread and IP68/IP69K degree of protection)
  • Version B2-P (with M12x1 device plug)
  • Version A1 (with through-hole thread and IP68 degree of protection)
  • Version HLCi (integrated IO-Link or analog option (4 … 20 mA or 0 … 10 V)
  • Version F2 (with blind hole, 90˚ countersink and IP68 degree of protection)
  • Optional explosion-proof version
  • Also available as HLC/M weighing module (with special mechanical protection of the load cell).

Now available: HLC-P with a built-in connector plug

The top-selling HLC bending beam load cells are now optionally available with a built-in M12 connector in the HLC-P variant. This means that users are more flexible in their cable selection, and that cables can be exchanged much faster and do not require the disassembly of the machine.

The built-in plug is available for nominal loads between 220 kg and 4.4 t. The dimensions of the HLC-P load cell are compatible to other HLC variants, so all accessories, such as loading feet or base plates, can be used with the new version.
