T35 Column Cell

The T35 is an analogue compression column stainless steel load cell with a self-centering rocker column design for use in legal-for-trade applications.

It is especially suitable for use in truck scales / weighbridges thanks to its OIML C4 approval, robust design, proven anti-rotation mechanism and rodent resistant (anti-rat) polyurethane cable.

With a fully welded and hermetically sealed construction, protected to IP68/IP69K, and integral lighting protection as standard, it is very simple to install.

To simplify the commissioning of a truck scale or weighbridge, the T35 load cell has optimized pre-corner adjustment, calibrated in mV/V/Ohm by output current matching.  This significantly reduces the time required to calibrate a truck scale or weighbridge.

The associated LA35 mounting accessory provides 2 off zinc plated mounting cups (the lower one having 2 off anti-rotation faces), 3 alignment washers and associated bolts.

For use in aggressive environments where stress corrosion or acid attack is a potential problem, a special Parylene coating can be specified as an option.  In high temperature environments, an optional variant for use up to +150 °C is available.
