OCTOGON LBBC (WCG) shear and bending beam load cell

The LBBC is a flat shear and bending beam load cell for precise force and weighing measurements in industrial applications. It is suitable for tensile and compressive loads and can also be used for dynamic measurements. Typical applications include tank scales, platform scales, dosing systems and industrial monitoring systems.

The load cell is available in measuring ranges from 1,100 N to 44,000 N and from 110 kg to 4,400 kg respectively. Force is applied via a through-hole. Thanks to the full Wheatstone bridge in 6-wire configuration, the LBBC can be reliably integrated into existing measuring systems.

The robust housing made of stainless steel 17-4PH / 1.4542 and the protection class IP68 enable use even under demanding environmental conditions. A high-temperature version for temperatures from −40 °C to +250 °C is optionally available. The load cell is supplied factory calibrated. ISO-17025 calibration is optionally available.
