Highest Measurement Accuracy and Stability
Rely on precise data: The sensor offers an accuracy of 0.5% with a combined error of only ≤ ±0.02%. The integrated full Wheatstone bridge (4-wire technology) ensures stable signal transmission with an insulation resistance of ≥ 5,000 MΩ.
Robust Design for Harsh Environments
Depending on the selected measuring range, the LYKA is made of lightweight aluminum (50 N to 500 N) or robust, alloyed steel (1,000 N to 5,000 N). Thanks to IP65 protection class according to IEC 60529, the measurement technology is well protected against dust and water. The high mechanical load capacity is also evident in the safe overload of 150% of the rated load and a breaking load of over 200%.
Maximum Safety and Certifications
The LYKA sensor meets the highest industry standards and is CE, RoHS, and REACH compliant. For safe use in potentially explosive atmospheres, it also has ATEX certification (ATEX II 1G 2D for zones 0-1-2-20-21-22).
