Loadstar Sensors RST1 Torque Sensor

Torque is the rotational equivalent of a linear force. Just as an applied force is a push or pull that seeks to move an object in a linear direction, torque is a “twist” force applied that tries to “turn” or rotate the object to which it is applied. When your car wheels turn the engine is applying a Torque. When you try to open a pasta sauce bottle cap, you are applying a Torque. Our RST1 Torque Sensors help you measure twisting forces being applied or being experienced by an object up to 150 Nm range.
