Miniature Load Cell H07A

The H07A is a flat construction miniature single point load cell made from aluminum. The load cell is suitable for small platform scales with a platform size up to 200 x 200 mm.
The load cell is ideally suited when only limited installation space is available, such as in the equipment technology. The miniature sensor delivers highly precise and reliable measuring results even in long-term use.
By default, the load cell H07A is tested and optimised for center load sensitivity. This ensures that there will be no measurement error when the load is placed off centre, eg in a corner of a platform. The load cell is potted and meets the requirements of protection class IP65.

Area of application

Small platform scales, postal scales, counting scales, filling machines (coffee machines, beverage filling equipment) and weight doses, checkweighers, medical scales an other medical equipment (level control of infusion bottles).
When used as a force transducer thread tensions in the textile industry or rail voltages in the paper industry can be measured.

Construction

These load cells operate on the principle of the double cantilever beam and thus ensure accurate measurements. The design is insensitive to off-center force application and can be used for pushed and pulled forces. Threaded holes for attaching the sensor or the defined force introduction ease installation.

Mounting

The load cell is screwed on via the two screw-on surfaces at the top, front and rear and at the bottom with two steel or aluminium plates (max. 200 x 200 mm).
