Single point load cell H60N

The platform load cells H60N are beam load cells with lateral parallel guiding and a centered bending eye made of stainless steel. Through the laser welded construction it is ideally suited for use in the chemical industry, food industry and similar industries. 
The load cell H60N is approved to OIML R60 up to 3000d and gives extremely accurate reproducible results, over a long term even in harsh industrial environments. 
Each individual load cell H60N is corner adjusted and optimised for out of center load sensitivity. This ensures that there will be no measurement error when the load is placed off centre, eg in a corner of a platform. 
The load cell is laser-welded and meets the requirements of protection class IP65. 

Typical Application

Scales for food industry, Multi-haed weighers, belt weighing, check weighing and bag filling, overhead rail weighing, dispensing and pallet scales as well as industrial applications, such as the overload protection of lifting devices used in the handling and conveying of paper and steel products.

Mounting

The large screw-on surfaces and four threaded holes at the front and rear provide ideal conditions for the problem-free construction of a scale with large platform dimensions. Two steel or aluminum plates of up to 600 x 600 mm are screwed onto the two screw-on surfaces at the top at the front or at the back and bottom of the cable outlet.
