The KMB-IO force measuring bolt was developed specifically for measuring tension and compression forces that are introduced into components (such as lugs and hooks) through clevises. It is used in particular in conjunction with pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. It can be used wherever suitable clevises are available or can be easily retrofitted.
