Bagging Controller DS16AA3

DS-16AA3 is the heart of the bagging machine. This new powerful compact controller is action-packed and accurately handles the controls of the bagging machine. It can be configured for net weight bagging or gross weight and has the capability to accept inputs from the foot switch and gate feedbacks. An innovative analog-to-digital controller with superior noise suppression allows bagging at very high speeds (as high as 10-12 bags per minute). The feed controls are in coarse, fine and ultra-fine which helps in very precise control on the bag weight. The controller is equipped with a communication port enabling it to connect to the network and transfer data in real-time. It also has memory to store data such as bag counter and material totalizer.
