BX18 Weighing Indicator

BAYKON BX18 is a process weighing indicator designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring an LED display. It can be easily installed in a cabinet for use in intensive dusty environments. As standard, it is equipped with RS232C, RS-485, Modbus RTU Fieldbus, programmable 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, or 0-10 VDC analogue output, and digital I/O with programmable 4 inputs and 6 relay contact outputs. With these features, it provides strong integration options with PLC/DCS or PC.

BX18 offers powerful calibration options, including electronic calibration without test weights and span calibration of non-empty tanks, that make installation and servicing quick and easy. It features 10-step adaptive filters for fast settling, up to 999.999 display resolution, 1600 conversions per second, and a 14mm LED display that is easily readable from a distance in any environment.

Programming and calibration can be performed using the keys or through serial ports with the Modbus protocol. The BX18 is powered by a 12-28 volt DC power supply.
