OCTOGON / Compression/tension load cells L-CL

Compression/tension load load cells L-CL are designed in a column shape, with the force being introduced centrally. Our pressure load cells are made of stainless steel and have protection class IP67/IP68 . Inside the compression/tension load cells there is a metal spring body that deforms under pressure and converts the deformation into electrical impulses via strain gauges.

Areas of application for compression/tension load cells are scales in the high load range , such as silo scales, heavy-duty scales, machine scales, container scales, coil scales, force measurement during pressing, measurement of compression force or cargo scales.

The L-CL load cells are a range of compression/tension load cells designed for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications. These load cells are made from 17-4PH stainless steel and are available in a range of capacities from 500 to 200,000 kg. The large number of capacities offers a wide range of possible applications. They are designed for use in compression and tension applications. Possible uses include belt or silo scales, container and tank scales, filling machines, in the food or pharmaceutical industry or even in the packaging industry.
