Loadstar Sensors RSB6 Low Profile Pancake Load Cell with Through Hole

These low profile pancake load cells come with a through hole that can be used to measure tensile or compressive forces. They have excellent accuracy, temperature compensation and convenient mounting features. They can be fastened to a fixed surface from the top with six or eight available mounting holes with a counterbore.

The RSB6 Load Cell is one of our most popular low profile load cells and are offered in 250 kg (550 lb) to 5000 kg (11,000 lb) capacities and can be used to measure forces in tension, compression or both. If you want larger capacities, then please take a look at the RAS1 load cells for capacities up to 40k lb or the RAL1 load cells for capacities up to 100K lb! If you want smaller size load cells please take a look at our RSB2 or RSB3 load cells. For miniature size load cells, please take a look at our REB5, REB7 or RES2 load cells.

You can buy just the Load Cells or buy the Load Cells with interface devices such as analog signal conditioners, digital USB or wireless load cell interfaces, displays and software as complete ready to use kits.

    Mounting
    Threaded Center Through Mounting Holes for applying Loads and counterbore through holes for fastening to a base. 

  • Construction and Use
    Low Profile. Rugged alloy steel construction. Mechanically robust design. Ideal for tank weighing, hopper weighing, center of gravity and cable/wire testing applications.

  • UART/USB Output
    Use DI-100U with UART to connect with Arduino or other microprocessors. Or use DI-100U/DI-1000U to connect with PCs via USB.

    Wireless Output
    Wireless output via XBee (802.15.4) Industrial Strength wireless or WiFi or BLE for easy connectivity with PCs, Tablets and SmartPhones

    Analog Output
    Analog output via 0-5V DC or 4-20 mA output for easy input to DAQ or PLC
